Deleting PCV System
and maybe this guy has a race car, he never stated that. all he said is that he wanted to remove it and asked how.
and i will ask the question again - have you ever seen a problem caused by removing the pcv system and replacing with breathers. i have seen so many sytems like that and never once seen a problem caused by it. and i am not talking about something you read in a book - "have you personally ever seen a problem caused by doing this"?
I had to bypass my PCV system because of my turbo and leaky rings. It was a high mileage motor and had alot of blowby.
The oil was constantly dirty and felt more watery or broken down that it probably should have. It's very likely that disabling my PCV system led to or at least helped lead to my spun bearings and ruined motor.
