Datamaster shows 11.9-11.6 volts at idle?

Is this reading accurate. I have an overdrive pulley for the alt, and underdrive on the crank....( I said crank) Could this be a alternator/voltage regulator issue....could this be why my water pump/temps are high?

Take a reading at the battery with a meter at the same time you are monitoring with your software. I have seen some voltage drop through the ignition switch.

I agree about taking a reading at the battery. There is a good 1/2 volt if not more between what my battery reads and what the software says. This is on my 3rd gen.
