Re: datamaster q

PS... first scan through the file does not indicate it is running rich, except possibly at idle. Cell 16 is the only one that is pulling out about 7% of the fuel to keep it from running rich.

Does seem to take an awful long time for the engine to warm up. And there is a lot of knock retard in the one WOT event.

I'll continue to look at it.

Re: datamaster q

haha you are fine. youre the one looking at it so as much as i know its all datamaster talk. there are a lot of number i thought maybe you got a decoder ring from a box of cereal when you were a kid and finally found the use for it.

i just know my car smells like gas. cruising and then coming to a stop light i then smell all the gas fumes roll passed me. but maybe my nose is better than its supposed to be.

tuned by PCMforless... do they accept datamaster files for fine tuning? maybe ill shoot him an email.

Re: datamaster q

no sir. no emissions on the car. i was thinking that could do with some of the gas smell?

that retard at WOT is cutting down power a little too right?

Re: datamaster q

What do you think the cat is there for - to eliminate the unburned hydrocarbons.

I could see from the log you have no AIR pump, because the O2 readings remained fairly rich in open loop/cold start.
