as for the suspensions set up its actually pretty bad
im runing a stock torque arm
bmr lca with reloc brackets
bmr sub-frame connectors
comp engeneering drag shocks out back kyb junk struts up front and its sitting on a set of bmr drop springs
im sure once i get some adjustables up front new springs and a torque arm it will 60 low 1.4's which kinda scares me on the rear end but eehh
ohhh and the tires are a hoosier Qtp 26X11.5

yeah me neither but thats is gonna be a ways off the only thing i may do is clean up some of the casting bs this winter and clean up the combustion chambers both were very corse and im sure some decent gains could be had there but i really wanted to see what these would do out of the box
and one other thing i didnt mention this is all on an email tune so there are possible gains there as well
i havent really logged any runs so i cant be sure on that either

great results. Once you start playing with that spray the good old POS 10 bolt with be on thin ice.

Than that 306 throws up great times again. Its a dinosaur and peolpe talk **** about it because of it. But its get the job done n/a and loves juice. Whats not to like about it?

Nice job, especially with the coin you did it on.

Mike, I can get you a killer deal on a set of SB2.2's ported by Ron Hutter if your shopping.

I have done LOTS of the 200, 215 and 230 Pro 1's for standard SB Chevy over the years. I have only done a cpl of sets of the 180 cc "LT1 specific" Pro 1's.

They flow in line with what they claim (255/180) and have a 188 cc intake port so it is not a bad head. You can see some pretty quick gains by going to a better valve job over the Dart 30/45/60 stuff. Narrow the guide, blend the bowl, roll the shortside back a lil and open the port up at the pushrod pinch and it will go 295 cfm. You can get 285+ CFM from the factory valve job and 2.02 valve.

A 2.055 valve with a good valve job will put it over 300 CFM.

Exhaust is nice and big. You can get over 200 CFM but it is a square port so headers gaskets need to be checked to see what will work best with each header to make sure you are clamping the gasket all around.

They don't sound impressive. compared to a stock casting.....I don't think on motor it will pick up more than 2-3 m.p.h if that

at your power level, that sounds like a pretty good gain to me just for a head swap. 2-3 mph is huge at your power level

At my power level its best to do a whole engine swap and pick up 30 m.p.h.

These might actually be the dart 200cc's. The OP will know for sure. If they are the 200's and flow just like the typical 23 degree SB Chevy Pro 1 heads do, they will be closer to 275/190 in stock form.

Lloyd, are there actually 200's for the LT1? I have only seen the 180's, additionally that's all that Dart has on there site. I did see something about the Pro 1 Platinums for LT1 though. Also, what would it cost to have the above mentioned cleanup of the bowls, chambers, and a valve job done?
