Dart 200cc now available
Yes and the car is a SR and spins to 8K hardley and accurate comparison.
You guys kill me,lol..
I did run 126.8mph in kansas slow shifting 4th. All day long i had missed 4th gear and the car was running 118-122mph. I slow shifted in the finials against Taner and the other guy and the car went 126.8mph with a 99mph in the 1/8th. Two runs prior to the finials the car went 102.1 in the 1/8th, if you add 3mph the final pass when the car went 126.8 that puts you pretty close to 130mph at 129.8..
I was happy with how the car ran for the first track day, and car had only been running for two weeks. The suspension wasn't even close to being setup, it was all new parts, and the tires were all wrong. 325's work for 7.5 second turbo cars but not six speed cars, not sure why, lol. The car went from a 12.29 at 112mph bolt-on car to a crazy full out track car with a 10pt cage, rear end, brake , shocks, and motor.
I ran the car back home in 5500ft Density Altitude , with some 28x10.5 ET drags and the car went 1.59 60ft, as compared to the 1.86 60ft in kansas.. Car went 11.19 at 124.5 mph.. Rule of thumb , take one tenth and add one mph per 1000ft of DA, so if i can run the car at sea level , i could run 10.6 at 129mph... 10.5 at 130 is my personal goal NA..
I am expecting more out of the car, for myself.. I dont care what you guys have to say about it. I was happy that i spend the money where i did ,on the parts that i did.
I think the heads were 180cc not the 200cc castings.
Update on the car:
Liberty Face plated gear set has been ordered.
FAST XFI has been ordered still need to buy everything else to go with it.

He was talking about Aleks. The 355 SR with Ai 200cc LT1 heads. Went 10.8 at 128ish.
I think Brady's car isn't really a good fit for this discussion either seeing as his car has ported dart heads not factory dart 200cc heads. His car also only went 126mph on his passes.

Yes, 200s were not available at the time. Not even to Bret AFAIK
Same castings material-wise. Just larger passages from the factory.
Makes for less port work needed to "finish" them. (in theory, at least).
When I ask Lloyd about them, he seems to feel that that would be the case
based on what he'd seen with various "size" SBC Dart heads and the 180 LT1 heads.
Great numbers BTW, I'm very interested to see where you end up with this setup.
