darn!

Well I just got my motor running and now it looks like it will be torn down again. I bought a 94z28 motor(39,000 miles) off a guy that had been sitting for like 8 years. Well it had a blown head gasket I guess. I dropped a hotcam kit in it and then put it in my 95 impala SS. Today I was taking off the oil filter relocation kit and could smell the oil. It was also coming out a tannish color and was very watery. I then could see the green seperating from the oil. The motor didn't even have 10 minutes of run time on it. So now I get to undo what I just did. I should have put new head gaskets in it when I did the cam.. I had new ones already. It just sucks that I just put so much hard work into this!

Is there anything it could be besides a head gasket or cracked head?
Also I have set of impala ss headgaskets, should I get stock alum lt1 gaskets, or run the impala's?

Yeah you should always put new heads gaskets on once you take them off.. Put the Impala's in and it should (hopefully) be fine..
