Ya got headers? I burnt mine up on the first ride after doing my engine and installing the long tube headers. Give a little insight to what mods you have. It could be something easy Ya never know

Re: Cruise Control, NOT WORKING!! HELP

Do these cars really have cruise control....

I dont think I have really ever used mine(even on my 9 hour trips home), but thats just the way I drive.

but back on topic I would check all the wires, to make sure none of them are frayed, or melted, or a loose ground. Because to be blowing fuses like that, it will probably be something eletrical

Re: Cruise Control, NOT WORKING!! HELP

I feel for you. My cruize is kinda like a woman, temptramental. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt. I work for GM, and found a bulliten on it regarding the brake switch. Whenever I start my car with the brake pushed, the cruize doesn't work. If I start the car with the brake not pushed, the cruiize works. Wierd. I would be lost without my cruiz. I like to speed, and with my setup, cops would spend half a day writing me citations. So, speeding is a huge no no for me. Good luck, and give it a try. It may work, it may not.

Oh, and my car is so far from stock its not even funny, so cruize can work with headers, and aftermarket programming.

Mine works half the time as well, if I turn the car off, then back on (going down the road) it starts working again. Should I start by replacing the module?
