Cross Drilling Stock Rotors Yourself?

Is this possible, has anyone done it? I have a drill press. So maybe someone can hit me back with some info.

Don't do it...if you are not exact, the rotors will be out of balance.

Do a search in any autocross/track board for cross-drilled rotors, and have fun reading.

Don't drill them, unless you're just looking to make an interesting door stop out of them.

Sounds like a good way to ruin some rotors. If not done correctly, you will ruin the temper of the rotor. Even the ones you buy pre-drilled crack around the holes. It is not a DIY job IMO. Drilled rotors won't help you stop any better.

yep.

they'll look pretty, but they wont stop you faster. hell, they'll take away from your stopping power, because you're decreasing the contact surface.
