Question Cronic TPS code

I keep getting a TPS code, even after replacing the TPS just 2 days ago.

Seems that the car has had a history of TPS issues. I think I am replacing the darn thing every 6 months..

Any ideas?

Re: Cronic TPS code

I just ran over to Auto Zone and had it scanned again. it is the high voltage code.

Re: Cronic TPS code

I am guessing that a high voltage occurs when the TPS voltage goes above 5 v... correct? So it seems that the first step would be for me to use a voltage meter to verify that the voltage is not above 5 V at WOT.

Is there anything else that could cause a P0123 high voltage code besides the above obvious scenerio?

Suggested approach?
