Pistons go out through the top of the block, not the oil pan. You could, I guess, pull the heads and pan. hone the cylinders in place and reassemble it. I don't think that's a good idea considering that the engine should be cleaned after honing and you can't do that well in place. Before you start buying rings and figuring out how to installl them, do a leakdown test and make sure it's really the problem.
