took my balancer off and found that the bolt that holds the hub on was not threaded on at all. it was just in there,if the hub got off tdc would that make the car miss all the time or just sometime. car has been acting up when it warms up.

 

If its and LT1 then the position of the crank hub does not affect timing. It gets its TDC signal from the optispark which is driven by the camshaft. OBD2 cars have crank sensors.
