..am putting a LT1 engine block together from various sources and have eliminated/closed off the front opti distributor with the delete plate and am going to use the stock 7"inch crank balancer pulley rather than purchaseing a smaller 61/2"inch pulley. On the new front opti delete plate the timeing pointer was shorten somewhat by grinding it down so that the crank balancer pulley could go on. Also does those three crankshaft balancer bolts,I believe they are 5/8"inch get lock-tight on the re-install ?-Does anyone here have any comment or forsee any problems with these modifications?-
