ive replaced the sensors multiple times, the cpu, and the wiring inbetween the sensors and cpu. my a/f guage connected to one of the sensors works and displays my mixture correctly.
my car is a 97 z28 m6.
any ideas?

the cpu is just throwing the codes that say the sockets are not active for both front o2 sensors

Please supply the exact code(s). I have never seen one that said "sockets not active".

 

PO134 O2 sensor CKT no activity Bank 1 sensor 1
PO154 O2 sensor CKT no activity Bank 2 sensor 1

If you have verified continuity of the wiring, you may have PCM problems or since you say you have an a/f guage connected, it may be interfering with the signals to get to the PCM.

 

the cpu was replaced and i still had the problem and the a/f guage was connected long before i had this problem...but i guess that disconnecting the gauge is one more thing i can try.
