The GM part number is 25037332
O'Reilly Auto Parts has a Borg Warner that matches it, they can cross-ref the number for you if you call them. It was like $12.
Autozone didn't have it. They had the one for the water pump but NOT the head. They ARE different. The guy at Autozone argued with me about that sensor too.
