could this be a spun bearing?
Well you DEFINATELY have both. When your car is idling, that tick is your header leak, and when you rev it that is definately rod knock.
This is EXACTLY what I was trying to show ollie-99 the other day when he had me listen to his video. If you guy's listen to his video he posted you can see that his video was CLEARLY a bent pushrod like I said.
This video here is definately header leak, and rod knock. Time for a stroker

Mine sounded just like that when I had a bent pushrod here is another trick to find wbich one it is and it works
unplug a spark wire to one cylinder and turn it over.
Listen while it runs
go to the next cylinder but first plug the one you just did back in.
you will quickly find the bad cylinder and then you can determine from the top bent pushrod or bad rocker arm and bad exhaust leak, Try it and tell us what cylinder it was.

Like some others, I'd pull the filter and cut it in half, see what you find in there before you go tearing your engine apart. It's hard to tell what that noise is from the video. Could be a lifter that collapsed or turned in the bore, a broken ring, a rod/main bearing etc.
I'd be a little suspicious of calling it a bottom end problem right off the bat since your oil pressure stays pretty good and it goes away when the engine is warm.

GreenZ28in503 , What he said , That doesn't sound like a rod or main bearing to me. You do have an exhaust leak or sticky lifter, Maybe a collapsed lifter. I would do the oil filter check and drain your oil before I went tearing through the bottom end.
Ouch
Sounds ugly alright, besides the exhaust leak, perhaps a bad rod bearing or busted piston. With the engine warmed up and turned off try turning the engine over a little in both directions ( put a socket on the crank hub bolt ) in other words rock it back and forth. Sometimes you can feel the slack in a rod bearing.

Mine is quite till the engine gets warm, and the oil pressure drops. Still good oil pressure at temp. Replaced the two lifters that seemed to be were the noise was from. Still making the noise. Going to try the springs next. Anyone have idea's. No metal in oil.

i took the filter off and poured some oil out of it and it looks like paint with some very fine metal flake in it.
