As in my other post, my car all of a sudden died while going WOT on freeway. Big BANG and everything shut off. No everytime i turn it on there alot of noise, metal hittin metal. Could the flywheel be involved in this?

 

sounds like the spinner is scrapping the flywheel... get the starter replaced before you damage your flywheel and have to pay and arm and a leg to replace that too.

 

Im going to get it checked 2morrow. So its possible for this to occur durin WOT, didnt think the starter would be able to cause any problems while running.

 

i'm not sure if going WOT would cause that, but if it's making the sounds it's making while trying to start it then it might have something to do with the starter.
