timing cover install question

timing cover install question

I'm about to install my timing cover. should I drop my oil pan alittle? If so do I have to worry about the gasket breaking. What is the best way to install it. Thanks

No need to if your just putting it on. Just slide the bottom over the pan gasket, and then move the top flush.
