where the hell do you guys make your friends?
My friends do motorswaps, headers (maybe heads soon), rear ends ect with me for free.


maybe i'm just luckey to have friends like this,
i cant picture my friends ever charging me for labor on anything


anyway, just be careful not to drop a valve when your doing the springs and get some valve seals. they dont come with the kit.
be very careful when pulling the cam. dont want to chip a lobe.
get ALL the lifters, and dont forget the oil pump drive. ohh... and dont overtorque it when your putting it back on

actually, my best friend and I owe each other "hours"
I owed him 100hrs for leaving for college and leaving him to do the motorswap.
I'm working down the debt.
i'm down to 25.
We knocked off like 50 because he banged some chick in my pass seat

I suggest you to find a friend to help you and spend the 800-900 on other mods.

 

well actually when he did it i did not know him real well, and i did not help at all.

I did not mind paying him because i just dropped my car off and then picked it up 3 or 4 days later.

but yea i agree if good friends need stuff done then i am not going to pay them or charge them, as long as they help.

fyi... i have slp headers and he said he would have charged me a lot less with a different brand because he had trouble with mine as compared to other brands of lt1 headers.
