correct spark plug heat range?

i am running ngk tr6's one heat range colder than stock gapped at .35 and they are carbon fouling, and that is causing my 02 sensors to foul, so i am wondering what heat range i should look at for my motor

Those plugs shouldn't foul in a high compression application like yours. Many people use them in relatively stock engines when they are running nitrous, and they don't have problems with them fouling. I'd guess the problem is its running rich, and that's fouling the plugs and the O2 sensors.

The Evans coolant does not require a high pressure cap because it is non-aqueous propylene glycol. The absence of water significantly lowers the vapor pressure of the coolant at very high temperatures, compared to the conventional water/ethylene glycol mix. Hence it does not require an 18psi cap.

what happened first was my maf wasnt getting power then i fixed that, mabye that was what was causing it to run rich, then i replaced my left O2 sensor and it seemed to run better, now i have 2 new O2 sensors and i havent installed tham yet because i was afraid of fouling them because of the spark plugs, so if i take out and clean my plugs then install the new O2 sensors should it fix the problem?
