Cooling fans not kicking on

Neither one of my cooling fans are kicking on. I've got a '96 Z. Wouldnt it be the relay? Thats what i was thinking but i read another posting for fans not workin on here and noone mentioned the relay.

Could be the relays, could be the fusible link, could be the fuse that supplies power to the control side of the relay, could be the coolant temp sensor, could be wiring, could be both fan motors burned out, etc.

Describe the problem more fully:
-What is the dash gauge indicating for the coolant temp? Does it exceed 226*F?
-Have you scanned for codes?
-Does the fan or fans ever operate - e.g. : when the A/C is on?

Ok now im lost

I thought i checked the fuses last week when i parked it but i just checked again and it was blown so i put another one in and ran the car to make sure that was the problem. the fans kicked on once but then stopped. So i checked the fuse again and it was blown again. Any idea why it would keep blowin it?

Something between the fuse and the relay is drawing excessive current:
