cooling fans

what can I do to make the cooling fans come on sooner? Is there a simple way to wire a switch to turn on the fans manually without turning on the AC?

You can buy a fan switch, make one, or get the PCM programmed. Buying the switch is the easiest. Look on the vendors websites, they sell them for like $30
