Hello,

I am new to this place, but I have a quick question.

Is the coolant temp sensor that goes in the side of the engine the standard 3/8" pipe thread? I have an aftermarket fuel injection system that uses GM coolant temp sensors 3/8" NPT, and I wanted to know if the LT1 shared this thread pattern. This would really make thing alot easier for me, as I have lost my application guide, and my original coolant sensor has died on me.

Yes, it is a 3/8-18 pipe thread for the sensor in the head.
