Converted to M6- LT1 Edit ?

I just converted to M6 from A4, and need help using the LT1 Edit. Does anyone know if I can change the parameters in my A4 file to run the M6? I have a few M6 files but I cannot modify them or download them to my computer, because the VIN number is different on the M6 files. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Yes, you can use a M6 file if you have one. I did. Here's what you do.

1. Upload the M6 file using PCMProg.
2. Download the file from your PCM, it will now have your vin number and will be editable.
3. Transfer any non a4 related programming from your a4 file to the m6 file downloaded in step2.
4. Upload the file modified in step 3. Your done.
