Constant vibration after wheel spinning?

Today I was late to work and backed up too fast into a parking spot. I popped the clutch in reverse and the tires spun and hopped a bit while I backed up. As soon as I came to a stop in the parking space I notice a constant vibration resonating in the car. It changes with the engine speed and can be felt in the pedals/steering wheel/shifter. It's almost like a resonance that vibrates the interior pieces at some engine speeds. It's not very obvious but I sure notice it. It just makes the entire ride feel rougher. The only thing I can think of is that I may have ripped a motor or trans mount. Anyone have any ideas?
