Condensation in valve cover cap?

I noticed for the first time a few weeks ago there is water on the cap whenever I take it off. It is usually around 20 to 50 degrees here in the winter and I have a 160 thermo in it so the motor never goes over 170. I am hoping that it is just humidity being boiled out of the oil. Does not appear to be losing any coolant and there is no water beads on the dipstick.

I just changed to a 180 thermostat and turned my fans on later so it runs now between 193 and 200. I am hoping that will solve the problem.

Any ideas?

1. What you did might improve it.
2. It is normal. Ignore it.
