Computer wont accept scans, among other things

Hey all, I tried to search for this but i couldnt find anything, but i recently took my car in to the shop because my ABS light wont ever go off, and i was told that they tried to scan the car with 3 different scanners and the somputer wouldnt let it go through. So what do i have to do to fix this? What is this, as a result, doing or could do to my car if I do not fix this?

In case you are wondering about the abs thing, that went to each wheel one by one and testet the watts to see which one was different and it was found to be the driver front speed sensor, which they said would cost 450 to 500 to fix, since the sensor cannot be bought on its own and its a part of the hub, when i got home i researched this and i believe they meant to say the ABS sensor on the back of the hub, pictured here (http://shbox.com/1/front_hub.jpg)

What a mess!!!!!

oh yeah i also have that infamous squeek squeek coming from the passanger rear rotor somewhere i am trying to fix, the squeek that is really loud when i am idling along and goes off when i press on the brake a tad ( i hate that sound more than anything in the world)

I hope someone can give me some advice, thanks.

All you need to extract the codes in a 93 is a paper clip. Put it in the upper right 2 pins of the Data Link connector. Go to shoe's web site and look for this page. http://shbox.com/1/dlc2.jpg It's in the HOW TO section under getting codes from a 93.

Unfortunately, the codes flashing the SES light are hard to follow and can be confused very easily. If you could find someone with a Snap-on scanner or a Modis, you could also get the codes along with the troubleshooter.

Snap-on is the (xxxx) you fill in the blank.

About $125 for a hub and it is easily changed out (no worse than doing a brake pad swap).

Possibly could be a lose wire connecting from your aldl connecter to your pcm. I know I have one because when I hook up datamaster now it would work for a second then stop for a few, then work. I also cannot program it unless I bring it inside and program it on my bench.

**Note: I do have a 95 flash PCM, So I dont know how you would test it. But it I think it still could be the same lose wire issue**
