computer tuner ?????

I need some input. I am considering buying a tuning program. Which one is more user friendly or better? LT1 Edit, Tunercat?
Any info is appreciated.

well the lt1 edit and tunercat are pretty equal.

first major thng with lt1 edit is that is vin locked you can only program one car with it. and it does not open bin files (which is what tunercat has.

tuner cat is NOT vin locked. and it will open lt1 edit files and convert them to bin files. so if you have lt1 edit and someone has a bin files that you need you cant open them or use them. but you can open either with tuner cat.

but to answer your original ? people say that lt1edit is mor user freindly.

go to www.carputing.com for the price of lt1edit. and www.tunercat.com for tunercat to compare prices i would tell you but i dont remember which is cheaper i think tunercat is.

and i thiink more ppeople have tunercat that lt1 edit at laest from what ive seen. yes each company has assistance but they wont tell to do this or that and make the car do this. all they will tell you is tech support stuff. but i have had a few questions and tunercat will answer me in about 30 min. tunercat has a calibration help menu to help you figure out what table in the software does what .

irecomnd tunercat.
