compression with cc306

what should my cranking compression be with stock motor with cc306+1.6rr?

your cam size has nothing to do with compression ( i suppose i COULD be wrong on this) but a cam only controls how much the valves open. The compression happens when valves are closed, so if you have a stock engine (stock displacement and no head work with stock thickness head gaskets) you will have a stock compression rating.

yeah your cam does change your compression, valve over lap, the more valve over lap the more pressure is bleeds off.

my cranking compression is about 195psi with my 11.3 cr 383, just want to see what a stock motor with this cam would be.
