Question Coil Questions

Howdy all,
I replaced my opti a week ago. Until today, it's been a dtc free week. I threw 41, 42, 36 at start up, it kind of had a dieseling sound and fired right up. I'm figuring my coil is going out (41,42) and code 36 is a by product of the other two.
My questions, when purchasing this, do I need to look for the coil and module as a set or does it come separate? Is there a recommended aftermarket namebrand or stick with Delco? How much is this gonna hurt, I mean cost ?
Thanks,
Gabe

Come on guys, I know some of you have already dealt with this. A little experience to fall back on would be nice.
Thanks,
Gabe

I have an Autozone replacement, coil only (comes separately), it works fine. You need to drill or break the old rivets in order to install a new one. If you have the time then get an MSD or OEM coil, but like I said there's nothing wrong with my A-Zone coil.
