Code 83, what does it mean?

Code 83, what does TCC PWM mean?
I just scanned my car and I got code 83:
"TCC PWM solenoid voltage stayed high for 2 seconds after commanded ON by PCM, or the voltage stayed at zero for 2 seconds after commanded OFF by PCM."
What does this mean more specific? I tried to read about TCC PWM and it looks like it´s something with the tranny? hmm help needed!
Thanks

Ok a new solenoid.. But how serious is this, what does the solenoid do? And what can happen if I not change it immediatelly?
Unfortunately we don´t have so many shops here in Sweden that are good on F-bodies ( Does anybody know the P/N?

Maybe some bad info......
The code definition is for a car with an automatic (A4) transmission. "krillformula" has a manual transmission (M6). With an M6, it means:
DTC 83 = Reverse inhibit system (manual transmission)
The means the reverse lockout solenoid on the driver's side of the trans is not working. Is it very difficult to get the shifter into "reverse"?

Thank you, yes the shifter is very hard to get in reverse but I installed a pro 5.0 + shortstick a while ago and thought it was the shortstick that made it hard into reverse.. Was it just a coincidence or has it something to do with eachother (shifter install and broken solenoid)?
Feels good to know that it means the reverse lockout solenoid because I started to search about TCC PWM and found nothing on M6 cars, just A4 and I got a e-mail tune a while ago and I thought he maybe sent me a A4 tune that made the PCM throwing codes.
So can I change the solenoid without taking the tranny off the car? And also, does anybody know where to get a new solenoid, or P/N?
