A/c pressure sensor circuit problem. Either your a/c clutch is not engaging or the pressure sensor is not seeing any pressure change when the a/c is actually on.

Any troubleshooting tests I can do to rule out the other?

If the a/c is actually working, the problem is likely the pressure switch or the wiring to it. The pressure switch is by the RH shock tower on the small a/c line.

We evacuated the system last May when we did the cam swap.Recharged with the recharge kit from autozone, but no deal it was blowing warm air,so I never used the ac last summer. Now I have a bigger problem if the clutch is gone right?

Does the a/c clutch ever engage, now? Did you force engagement of the clutch when you recharged it, so it would accept the charge?
I have heard that you have to reset the pcm before it will allow the a/c to work again after it has been de-pressurized and refilled.

I was not aware of this.Do you think its to late to reset the pcm to accept this?

You might try a search about it, to be sure I have the facts correct. It won't hurt to try the reset.
