I keep getting these codes. I know the 16 is a low res pulse but it has a brand new opti and runs and starts fine.

The other two I'm not sure about. I know one is a fan relay code but the fans come on like they are supposed to. The only thing I can think of is I rigged a manual fan switch into the relays. I ran a ground wire from the switch right to the battery. When I installed my scan master I ran it's ground wire into the switches ground wire.

What are the codes and why would I be getting them?

Hooking up a "fan" switch can cause the code, unless you wire it correctly. I believe Shoebox has the "fix" on his page:
