coating on RK Sport headers

coating on RK Sport headers
Everything I have read says that the Rk Sports are identical to the AS&M headers except that the AS&M are emissions legal and the y-pipe is coated inside and out while the RK Sport are not emissions legal and the y-pipe is only coated on the outside. So can anyone tell me if this is all correct and what the actual differences between the two headers are?
