Exclamation Clutch for 700+hp

I'm just curious what I should do for a clutch if I plan on making 700+fwhp, and 850+ft lbs. I hear people talk about ceramic clutches, what are so special about those? Thanks guys.

There's really only one choice for a hi-po LT1, the McLeod Street Twin. Mine held up fine to 733rwhp in a 4,100lb car

The street twin is the best set up but if you need a less expensive option you can go with the SPEC stage 4 ceramic. I have been running that clutch for two seasons with no problems. I am sure it is not as smooth as the street twin on the street but I am able to live with it.

I paid $500 for the SPEC clutch.
