This as close as it gets?

Just wondering if this is as close as the timing chain gets to being dot to dot. Worked for like 15 mins to get it this close let me know. Thanks Alot.

Yea, the "slack" in the chain should make it where you can make it dot to dot without a problem. Id say youre good to go!
