Cleaning TB, MAF, IAC this weekend.

I am going to clean my MAF, TB and IAC this weekend and would just like to know what I should be looking out for...where to be extra careful!!! I know the MAF wires are super sensitive. Should I take the sensor right out the MAF housing or just spray it the way it is? I am going to use Carb/Choke cleaner on all three.
I am hoping this may help clean up my 1000 - 3000 rpm stumble. If not, I guess I'll have to take a look at the opti!
Thanks!

Carb cleaner on the MAF is a no-no. Use electrical contact cleaner, as it leaves absolutely no residue. Use carb cleaner on the IAC, but spray the windings with the pintle pointed down so that you don't soak the motor.

By that, they meant you could spray down the throttle blades with the engine running and not hurt anything.

Electrical contact cleaner all the way for the MAF.
