Well I just bought a new set of 1.6 roller rocker arms but they have been sitting in dude's garage for a while I guess. The bearings spin fine but it feels kindy gritty, like some of them have dust in the bearings. I would like to take the snap rings off, clean them out and re-grease them be I install them. My question is, it that assembly lube in there or grease? What kind of grease?

 

You can use pretty much anything just to get them lubed for initial startup, moly-graph, clevite bearing lube, etc.
