I just fixed my issue with mine. You need to ensure you wiring is not an issue.(I found that I had a pigtail harness with a short in it.) (you can get them on ebay BTW)

I would test the wiring with a voltmeter first. (try this link if you dont know how)

After that get some cleaner for it. Some will not agree, but CRC electric parts cleaner @ "the zone" works fine.

Use rubbing alcohol, poor it on the fins and let it dry, simple as that.

Yes, I may have a problem with the connector. The pink wire appears to be shorted as I don't get 12v.

Do you have a link for a vendor for the pig tail connector? Do you recall the price? I did a search and found the P/N for the MAF connector is 88986451...correct?

Thats because there is no MAF cleaner.

Use any electronics cleaner or even brake cleaner.... as long as it leaves no residue.

Dave, thanks! $11 beats the GM list price of $39.

Hell yeah it does! That guy mails it pretty quick too. Install went smoothly and if you read my previous post about MAF, Injuneer states that your MAF can be functional, yet if interrupted by a short 2 times can set the SES code.

This worked really well for me, much less hesitation down low to mid range.
