Everyone should be bidding on these auctions. Bid outrageous amounts so you can be sure to win the auction, which allows you to leave feedback. Then slam him.

 

Don't do that. I've already filed the complaint with Ebay for every auction he has. Since I'm the owner/creator of that graph that is specifically infringing, they will pull ALL the auctions. That's in the works already.

 

When your at the page, save it as an html file to your hard disk (file -> save as) if your savvy with html, it shouldnt be to hard to find the <img ref="www.blababalh.com/somefolder/somefile.jpg>. If you want a hand with this let me know =) Or even better would be to just remove the javascript/vbscript or whatever he used from the html file and view it normally..

I'll bet the CD is chock full of stolen HTML files with linked images and such... edited for the CD. Or maybe he slacked on presentation and just put the text from your sites.

In any case, we appreciate all that you guys have done for the F-body community, and for sharing the knowledge with the rest of us. It's too bad ****s like this ruin a good thing, and try to profit from it.

I'm sure this scum bag will get what he deserves, one way or another.

I got my phone call from him today.

He told me he has contacted "Jefferson County Sherriff Dept." and they are looking into it. Gimme a break!! He even said that he did not use your graph Keith. Even if he did use "other peoples information" he had their permission. He also said that he was not using anything from Brents site. OK, whatever. He told me something of a civil suit he is filing claiming damage to his business, I informed him for there to be "damage" we would have to be saying untruths.

Oh yeah, he also wanted me to tell you guys to "quit messing with his auctions".

He said those that were bidding on them and bidding high, you wre preventing others from buying them. I told him that if someone bids, wins and then renigs on the auction, then HE has a case.

The saga continues...

 

This guy is being a real idiot about this.

First I get an e-mail saying that "your message board is being investigated" due to this thread.

I told him that is fine, we would be doing some investigating of our own.

Then I start getting strange mail from another moderator on this site about he "we are about to get sued for messing up his business. That is a civil offence", but it turns out if was from him using his AOL account and a e-mail spoofer. I have detailed records of these. If anything legal should come out of this, my attorney would love to take a look at them. We are already having a hard time finding his "business" record.

What is the deal, man? There are over 30,000 people here from all over the country, and he is screwing around with us because he won't either A) admit to stealing copyrighted information and selling it and that he will stop or B) proving that he isn't? This is childish.
