pu12en12g, I was just kidding. I thought it was funny actually that there were 2 auctions left when yesterday there were 3 pages.
Guys, if this crap was not true, do you think Ebay would have ended his auctions? The info I had to provide to them was detailed for them to make their assessment. If they would have thought differently from our thinking, his crap would still be up there.

Legal action?!?! That's kinda funny.
I paid him about a week ago for the CD. I just wanted to see what was on it and it was worth the $11.95 for me to do that. I have yet to hear from him as to if the CD has even been shipped. If he is taking legal action it'll be kinda funny if he takes my money and doesn't even ship the CD I bought.

I've sent thousands of pieces of mail via the USPS and have yet to lose a single piece. I find it hard to believe that the USPS has the CD you have supposedly sent me TWICE. You must be thinking about my "trashed rearend" thread. Plus, your story doesn't hold water. IF I were racing in reverse a sticker car with a coffee can exhaust tip, I would NOT have had the need to take off so fast in reverse. I could have just taken off normally and then slowly went faster and I would still have beat em. The part about me needing to rapidly get out of the way of a crappy Isuza Trooper so he didn't back into me is completely true.

I've contacted eBay and have requested to have his eBay privelages permanently removed... we'll see.
