Hey guys. Thanks Fred for pointing me towards this. It does **** me off that this guy is trying to SELL what me, Brent and others have learned and displayed for public interest and knowledge.

What pisses me off more is that if he would have asked permission, things might have been different...but just taking them off my website and trying to sell them - rediculous.

I've tracked the guy down to being Steven Wallace in Shelby Alabama. Anyone near there?

I've also e-mailed him via Ebay and requested that he remove the auction today. If he doesn't, I'll contact e-bay with a complain of the plagarism.

I bid on that auction so I'll know right away if it gets removed Also, take a look at his other auctions... he has several of these same auctions going right now (not just the one mentioned above).

I do this stuff for fun and to help others out. It gripes when when people "steal" my stuff and attempt to sell it! If they want to link to it for their own page, that's great! Or, they can even link to some images off my server from their own page IF they are helping others out as well or providing a free service. But, I'm with you here Keith... these people should not take the stuff we provide for free and sell it.

It's the only thing he is selling on Ebay really. If they're not ALL gone in the next 3 hours, I'm going to contact Ebay regarding the infraction. He HAS violated their rules regarding questionable/copyrighted materials.

I would have liked to actually get one of his CDs just to see what is really on it and how much, if anything, he has copied. I know he copied your dyno graph... I'm just curious if he copied a ton of stuff directly off my site (pictures, text, etc.).

If you want to have him remove the auctions completely, that's cool, no biggie. Or, if you want to see what's actually on the CD, have him remove only your image and let me win the CD

This Steve Wallace guy e-mailed me back. His response was:

Sory, it's not your dyno graph. Our auctions will continue.

I have reported it to Ebay, and was even told this auction was already reported as well. For some reason, when I went to his site earlier today, I got into the members section and even saw where his wording was copied directly verbatim from my website.

I'm now considering buying one if the auctions are not stopped, just to be able to leave negative feedback to him.

I could leave something like: Guy is a crook. Free info at http://www.ws6.com

Brent F. you could do the same.
