Changing PCV hose

My black hose thats connected to the PCV is about to brake? Do they sale this item or do I have to make my own?

hey shoebox, do you have the part# for the little grommit thing that fits into the passenger valvecover where the PCV tube comes out? i believe mine is leaking oil...

Sorry guys, been gone for a while.

It's connected to the PCV valve and that metal tube in Shoebox's picture. I'm not really sure if it's a part or you have to make it yourself?

I don't actually find a part number for that little piece of rubber hose. It is just a straight piece, so take it off and get a piece from the auto parts store to cut and match. Looks like a piece of 3/8" fuel/emmisions hose should do it.
