Changing oil pan gasket Q's

Hey everyone,

Just got done a week ago installing a cam and we managed to avoid ripping the pan gasket by lowering the pan (hooray) but now the pan gasket is leaking towards the back (waste of time to lower it, lol).

So now I need to change it.

Two questions:

1) Is there more than one FelPro oil pan gasket? Apparently discount stocks one but the picture looks like it isn't blue? Everyone talks about it being a "blue gasket".

2) There is a hole on the pan gaskets for presumably the dipstick. How do I negotiate that obstacle if I am to use the method of changing the gasket where I stretch the gasket around the pan from the sides. (IE not lower the K member or engine)

Don't ever go by the picture! Look at the actual part.
1) If your talking about the one piece gasket, I believe there's only one.
2) You slice the inside of the gasket at the hole.

Geez folks - One bolt, and the dipstick tube just pulls out. Certainly better than cutting a new gasket.
