Cc306
I hate to be the one who says it, but most likely not... not because of the tune but simply because that setup can't make that much horsepower, in my opinion. Of course, it also depends on the heads, but I just haven't seen such numbers before.
Its not the cam that makes the horsepower, its the heads. IIRC the most I've seen from a H/C LT1 with the CC306 was 414rwhp. But that was with an open exhaust and the belt removed. If you get a set of custom ported AFR 215cc RR heads, Hogan sheetmetal intake and dyno tune it, more then likely, yes.
It might, if you got the Stage III port on your stock LT1 head from Total Engine Airflow in Bowling Green, KY.
I was there yesterday and saw some of the flow numbers on their new CNC port job. For ~$1600, you get excellent midrange lift numbers and peak of ~290CFM Intake at .600 from your stock LT1 heads. Better numbers than I've seen on any stock LT1 head. That lets you keep your intake manifold and save those bucks.
If I were starting from scratch on heads and a cam right now, I'd grab the Joe O custom grind for sale on this forum which is a proven commodity IMO (look at the owners's numbers), have my stock LT1 CNC ported by TEA and have TEA use the springs/retainers/locks that the guy is selling with the cam. For under $2000 you'd have some serious ponies. I would guess 425+ at the tires N/A.
