thanks, found the codes online as well.
the pass key is fine because I had that taken out in the tune.
now the question is, what is up with 21/26.
On the site I found for 93 lt1's, the code 26 is Quad Driver Module (QDM) #1 circuit.
Any ideas where to start checking and what not?

Ok, where at, I am looking at the online service manual will see what it says.
The code started originally last year i believe, after I had the throttle boddy installed.
It would come on after car went into closed loop, would come on around 60 to 70mph under hard accelleration at the track, then turn off.
I have a holley 58mm tb.

if it makes any difference, having a problem with TB, let me upload pics.

When the throttle is closed the Cable on bottom, cruise control is not long enough to be put on, but to put it on, the throttle has to be opened that much, so the cable is not connected.
ok. help.

neither of the pics worked..
but after you install the TB you need to ajust the idel screw untill your in range and then scan your TPS voltage and slot the sensor so you can adjust it if your off..

If your cables aren't adjusted properly and they are holkding the throttle open slightly, that would explain the TPS voltage code. The TB needs to be set up correctly. First solve the problems with cable length. Then adjust the throttle stop screw for the proper idle and IAC counts. Then check the TPS voltage to see if you might need to slot the screw holes to get the closed throttle voltage in the correct range of values.
"Quad Driver" is not specific to transmission problems. The Quad Driver was used in pre-1994 cars as a device to drive high current loads like solenoids. In the 1993 LT1's, I ***think*** the Quad Driver codes relate roughly to the same codes used for 94 and up. In that case DTC 26 would be the EEC purge solenoid. Someone with a 93 needs to verify this... I've suggested it several times, but no one has ever followed up on it.

I was wondering about that Fred.. I have never seen that code on an fbody but ahve a lot on the FWD GM cars so figured it should go to the EVAP code that I found. I wish we could find out for sure
