I run the 2800 stall and find it works nicely, i suppose a 3200 would be optimal tho.

I run it with stock lifters, pushrods, and rockers...........no preoblems so far. I did this because the guy who did my machine work on the heads and shortblock guaranteed it would be fine. So far he has been right. I run mine up to 6500 RPM's.

Hows 110mph = 350rwhp? That means my stock LS1 SS has that with a lid and a TB, that's doubtfull.
I wasnt refuring to my car having 350rwhp,I was talking about my friends car and he usually traps 113-115mph at 900foot elevation and his car is about 3300 pounds or so it has no options what so ever, not even cruise or a rear window defroster.

Are you saying your ls1 runs 110mph stock with a lid?

it should be fine, the two cars ive done with the CC306 have idled at 800-850rpm and the brakes are fine. For a bit mine idled at 550-600rpm(bad IAC motor) and they brakes were still ok.

And a ported TB. Only changes. I can vouch for that. We ran side-by-side (my C5 A4 with a cat-back). Bret's SS was 1/2 sec and 6 mph faster. Well, only about 109.8 and change to be truthful. 12.9s on DRs also. Ate the clutch.
