The stock cat is longer than that. Will I have to get any extra work done to fit or will it just bolt up there?

I am looking at catco cat PN: 6007 .... 14"

 

I really can't say if its a direct fit. I can tell you with my mods and a CATCO cat my car passed smog with flying colors. It actually passed the sniffer barely with just the off-road pipe. We knew the owner of the shop and he said we could try just for sh*t s and giggles. All I did is fab up the ends of the cat so I have the ablity to swap out the cat or off-road pipe.

 

I sent you a reply in your pm. I do have that cat on the TA and it work just fine but I did flange the ends to make a custom fab job. Catco comes just with pipe ends so you can either weld it in or do like I did and fab up some flanges.
