OK, I finally got the AS&M headers on my car. I have the AS&M off-road pipe and I'm having a hi-flo cat welded with a flange to swap in/out with the ORP. I also have the SLP quad center exhaust package going on to the back of whatever cat-back I decide on.

So help a brutha out and give me some feedback! My questions are:

1. What's the best flowing cat for a single cat LT1?

2. For a combo of cat and ORP setups, what cat-back exhaust is gonna flow well and sound great?

Thanks for any input, as I'm about to pull the trigger on the exhaust setup in the next day or two.
