carburated lt1

Hello everyone, I have a carburated lt1 engine on my 67 camaro and I would really like to know what can i change on the engine to get about 300-370 to the wheels. I have a regular gm intake manifold and 600 carb from edelbrock n shorty hedman headers. I dynoed the car and I had 237 hp and 298 hp to the wheels. I know I can change the cam for more hp but its carburated and i dont know what kind of cam to get for the engine. So can anyone guide me with this?

the intake is a stock gm manifold in aluminum and the distributor is stock too I think. Can I get new heads n replace the old lt1 heads or does it not work that way. And what kind of a cam would u recommend to get me around those hp numbers 350-370 to the wheels

that is a good set-up but its not going to put you where you want to be...talk to this guy and he can lead you in the right direction...the stock heads are pretty good they just need a little work and he has everything in a easy kit....he can probly get you to 400 h.p. If you can tune it right...if you want the most out of it you may want to go to a vic. jr and another carb but what you have should work fine. You may also want to get a good dist. too.
