Car won't start

Car won't start
After the cam swap, we got it to start 3 times, since then, nothing. It turns over but doesn't start.
the plugs fire
new opti
injectors spray
all fuses/relays good
compression good
fuel pressure good
new waterpump
new plugs and wires
Any ideas?
